We are actively looking for motivated, driven individuals to join our growing team as Sales Account Managers. Whether you’re experienced in roofing sales or looking to grow your sales career, we provide the tools, training, and support to help you succeed.

Position Overview

As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll work directly with homeowners to guide them through the roofing process, manage appointments, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

This is a high-income opportunity for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Compensation & Earning Potential

$50,000 – $200,000+ annual earning potential
Hourly pay + commission opportunities
Earn up to 50% commission on closed contracts
Performance-based lead opportunities
Unlimited earning potential based on effort and results

Available Levels:

Entry Level: Sales Account Manager
Intermediate Level: Senior Sales Account Manager
Experienced Level: Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners regarding roofing services
Manage appointments with homeowners and insurance adjusters
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Educate customers on roofing solutions and processes
Follow up on leads and project opportunities
Represent the E.N.G. brand professionally in the community

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
Professional appearance and attitude
Reliable transportation
Sales experience preferred (1–2 years recommended)
Roofing or construction knowledge is a plus, but not required

We currently serve:

Cypress
Tomball
Katy
Richmond
Montgomery
Houston and surrounding Texas communities

Applicants may work within the service area closest to where they live.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time, part-time, contract, and temporary opportunities available
Flexible schedule based on performance plan
Monday–Sunday availability
In-person role
Bi-weekly training meetings at the office
